Charges for medical consultations are determined almost
entirely by the time you spend with doctor. Patients
will pay $17.00 (plan A) or $25.50 (plan B) for every
five minutes that the consultation lasts if it is by
phone or email. Office visits and house calls have higher
initial costs (see table) and a minimum charge that covers
10 minutes of face-to-face consultation time.*, **

Patients with outstanding bills more than 60 days past due will be charged a late fee of $10.00 or 10% of their outstanding account (whichever is greater). This fee will be repeated and compounded every thirty (30) days thereafter. A reminder letter will be sent before any fees are applied.

Rx Refill covers a phone or fax in single prescription. More involved prescriptions (such as mailing prescriptions to the patient, contacting third parties) will be charged at the consultation rate for the time required to file them. For example, 5 prescriptions that must be mailed to the patient, requiring 10 minutes for the doctor to complete, will be billed as a 10 miniute phone call..
